Attendance & Cancellations:
Regular attendance is necessary for musical growth. Make ups for student absences (illness, travel, choice, etc) may not be available because of teacher’s schedule. Please contact teacher to discuss absences. Excessive absences could result in losing your lesson time slot. Summer lessons can be scheduled around vacations, camps etc.
Piano Lessons in Jenks follows the Jenks Public Schools closings for inclement weather. We will also follow the school calendar for most professional days, holidays, etc. Please note below.
September 6, 2010: Labor Day - CLOSED
October 20-22, 2010: Fall Break - CLOSED
November 24-26 2010: Thanksgiving Break - CLOSED
December 20-January 3, 2011: Christmas Break - CLOSED
January 17, 2011: Martin Luther King Jr. Day - CLOSED
February 21, 2011: CLOSED
March 14-18, 2011: Spring Break - CLOSED

Payments:
Payments may be made weekly or monthly by personal check, cash and payments made through paypal (send money using email address: hudgins.L@cox.net)
Returned Check Policy: A fee may be charged for checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF checks). Any penalties assessed on a student/parent's returned check will be charged to the student's account. When a check is returned, Piano Lessons in Jenks reserves the right to require payment by cash or certified funds.
Practicing:
Students should practice at least the length of their lesson daily. For example: a student with a 30 minute weekly lesson should practice 30 minutes each day. Only students who come prepared and practiced are able to move forward. Practice at home....Learn at your lesson.
